  • Step 1

    Please back up ‘your previous device’ on iCloud

    Please click iCloud Backup

How to recover the device with iCloud

  • Step 1

    After turn on ‘your new device’, please connect Wi-Fi network

      Please turn on your device (if you have already set up a new device, click Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings then device will be reboot and shown ‘Hello’)

  • Step 2

    After showing App or data screen, please recover from iCloud back up
