What are benefits of Reload Forever?
Select the Reload Forever that suits you the best:
Reload Forever Basic allows you to have:
- your Smartphone and device repaired once a year or repaired in the first year and replaced in the second year of your contract (2 events in 2 years)
- fixed monthly subscription fee to 3.99 euro
Reload Forever Premium allows you to have:
- your Smartphone and device repaired and/or replaced once a year (4 events in 2 years)
- fixed monthly subscription fee to 6.99 euro
What are benefits of Reload EU / Reload Plus EU?
- replace your smartphone no matter what happens, except in the case of theft or loss, with an identical one or a similar one from those available in the same price range;
- for the entire period, you are allowed to request up to 4 replacements (max 2 every 12 months) by paying a deductible fee defined in the contract.

We will replace your Smartphone or device with an identical one: of the same brand, model, colour and with the same memory capacity. If it is not available, contact our customer service and ask about the possibility to order it in the near future.
Like-for-Like
We will replace your Smartphone with one of the same brand, model and with the same memory capacity but in different colour.
Like-for-Similar
Choose the model you prefer among those available in the selection offered. Brands, models and colors are subject to availability.

If the smartphone or device has undergone warranty service at the manufacturer prior to the replacement request, the documentation of the IMEI change must be provided to the partner.
For the abroad shipments, the return of the package must occur as soon as you are back in Italy (within 10 days from shipping).
What should I do if my package gets damaged during delivery or I received a damaged device?

- Document damages with photos or video.
- File a damage claim document.

May I cancel my subscription?
What happens if I terminate the contract with WindTre?
The service will be suspended and may be deactivated if you are not in compliance with the payment of the costs related to the service, or for other reasons indicated in the terms and conditions. In any case, you will be required to pay all the monthly instalments due in one instalment and you can continue to request replacements or repairs by paying the costs according to the price range of the Smartphone, tablet or laptop.
How much do I need to pay for a service?
You can pay for the service using the payment methods available on website or communicated by call center Agents. The following options should be available: Credit card (excluding American Express), My Bank.
